Parenting didn’t come easily to me at first. I began my journey feeling completely unequipped, relying on yelling, shaming, and blaming—desperate to feel in control.
But in doing so, I unknowingly made my children feel small.
It was through years of therapy that I began to see the deeper truth: I wasn’t just reacting to my children—I was reacting to my own unhealed childhood wounds. This realization changed everything. As I healed, I felt a profound shift, not only in myself but in the way I showed up for my family.
This transformation led me to train as a coach, so I could support other parents on their own paths to healing. I draw from the work of Gabor Maté, Suzi Lula, and Dr. Shefali—each of whom has deeply influenced my journey.
No matter your child’s age, the opportunity for connection, ease, and joy is always available. We all carry an inner child longing to feel seen, heard, and nurtured. When we listen to that part of ourselves, we can reclaim the joy we were born with and parent from a place of love, not fear.
I offer workshops to support parents in transforming their relationships with their children—and with themselves.
Whether you’re looking for deep personal guidance or the support of a like-minded community, I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your own path—one that honors your values and guides you toward the family life you truly desire.
